Monthly Pacing: Probably... slow..... I've admittedly been dealing with some major motivation struggles, but I'm actively trying to get past it I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things...! I have a lot of threads still ongoing, so I'm going to be playing catch-up / seeing what folks might want to continue / might want to handwave & drop, and trying to kind of re-establish where I'm at from here.

What CR you would like to develop for this event: With AC being check-in only from now on, I'd love to use this as a chance to just kind of chill and indulge, continue along paths with cr, get back in touch with cr that maybe I haven't had an opportunity to hit up in a while, and explore new, as well!

Timeline/Event Ideas:

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS.

— I won't be sending Peter down because, he really can't go back home (spoiler alert he doesn't have a great canon ending ) and he recently got to see his own fate play out a bit back in November when he was in a cocoon anyway, so! However, I think sending him up to the door revealing a future vision of Trench could be really good and ultimately help push his progress a little here. I'm still not entirely sure exactly what I might have him have memories of or how long he'll be here, and Uncertainty about his situation / fate / future is a Horror that I don't want to just remove from this character, so I probably won't let him have too much peace of mind, lmao. But I would love to do some stuff with this, yeah! If anyone might want to have future versions of characters meet... we could definitely hash out some fun ideas there. My vague idea so far is that Peter will have some memories of really helping people in various ways because of Paimon, a glimpse of his future life with Luna, maybe some of his other friends, etc.

GENERAL.

— blood effects: Peter is Darkblood mosquito bait this month, so that factor could be incorporated into threads for some spice, or if anyone wants to handwave that he got some assistance, etc.

— spooky things: Peter is continuing to progress down his Spooky Journey where he learns more about the supernatural / occult / etc. I'd forever love people he can learn things from and ask questions to. Relatedly, last month, Peter made a network post asking about people's experience with séances / any related "contacting the other side" business (ftr, that post is still welcome to tagins / discussions!) That topic is going to continue to be on his mind (and he may possibly be attempting a séance here soon....) so he'd definitely want to pick the brains of any mediums / those with related experience / etc. for thoughts and basic information. He also has a cursed(?) notebook belonging to his dead little sister that I would love for him to ask people to possibly.... take a look at....

— demon king business: This is the Big Thing that I've been leading up to. This month, Peter's going to be setting up an established area at Ritual Gig for people to be able to meet with Paimon and request wishes / make deals / get up to business with the demon king. Detailed information on that process, Paimon himself, and the kinds of wishes / grants he can help people with can be found here! My goal for this is that Peter finally begins to become the "medium" for Paimon to work through and assist people in the city (there's also potential for Horrors when it comes to this, which I'm always here for 👀). But it's going to be A Process for him to be sure, as he's not... happy about this new job of his, and it's going to take some time to adjust to. Things I'd love: people to help him set up shop (which could be handwaved if you prefer!), people with demon / possession / etc. experience he could pick brains of about some stuff, and ofc people to come get some wishes & grants at any time! This will be a permanent fixture / service offered in game. Peter will begin with carefully telling people who already know about Paimon, but anyone is welcomed to hear about it via word of mouth or something. At some point in the near future, he might make a network post about it, too?

— Palpatine possession player plot: Peter speaks for The Possessed...... he is so upset and worried about all of this, and while his kneejerk is to try to Stay Away, I think he's going to be really wanting to help because.... he doesn't want someone else to end up with the same kind of fate as himself, in any capacity. It would be very meaningful if he got to help save some folks from this! I think I'd need to stick to just a couple threads for my own sanity, but if anyone is interested in doing something, I'm definitely here for it / plot post here.

— Beasthood: This is something that will probably be happening next month? Or in the near future, but Peter is essentially going to volunteer / willingly Beast out in a safe, contained environment so that Luna can study his Beast form and document it for the book she's writing. I'm just including this here in case anyone might want to make plans to meet Peter's Beast form and / or have some shenanigans there with a two-headed dragon with anxiety......
