Both was an interesting answer, to Chrollo. It seemed she was as well suited to being a coldblood as Chrollo found Darkblood for himself, but he had to immediately question that thought. It was based on an assumption that her initial fire ability was a good fit and he knew nothing about how that worked or the rules that governed abilities where she came from.

Especially since she confirmed that unlike nen users, showing skill in an ability didn't necessarily mean there was any amount of improvement in physical abilities as well. She could have been an exception, those certainly existed among nen users, but the way she answered made him think that wasn't the case.

"That would be embarrassing, I guess things are different where I'm from. That's definitely a combat type ability, and you're carrying a weapon. I've seen people climb the side of cliffs like that before in seconds," Chrollo answered. There wasn't much benefit in saying more than that, but he had no reason to mislead her either, so simple if somewhat uninformative truths would be just fine.
