Oh! I misread that! Though, Allen hunting demons at night won't throw any red flags until he figures out he's a December baby and therefore linked to a certain patron. Shouto won't really know what he's up to unless he tells him during one of his 'how was your day' asks he probably asks fairly often.

Now, the nightmares is something Shouto will notice. He'll probably try to give him some pain killers and stay up with him unless he goes hunting at which point, he'd probably join him. Even if he is tired bc he's not just going to let him go off hunting on his own when he's got a liability.

Shouto might take his skittishness and inclusiveness to mean that he doesn't want him to touch him at first until he realizes where it's coming from at which point, he'll reach out despite his misgivings. If Allen doesn't pull away he'd probably get some confidence and do so more often and frequently. As for the fake smiles, if he does do that when he's around, Shouto will question him about it and ask him if something is wrong. He's not someone who pries too much but he's also someone who states the obvious. Oh! You mean, Allen has begun doing the fake smiles even before this month? Or that he only started this month but the reason for it isn't 100% the event but Mana?

Allen is 100% a stray cat. Can't convince me otherwise!
